Self acceptance


Self-acceptance is the state of complete acceptance of oneself. This means accepting the person that we are, flaws and all without any self-imposed conditions. The more we try to reject the parts we don't like about ourselves, the harder it is for us to live authentically. Please be mindful of the thoughts you have about yourself, try to develop more compassion towards yourself and it will get you closer to finding inner peace.
